Where are Le Woof treats made?
All of our treats are handcrafted in small batches in Atlanta, GA, with love (and plenty of taste-testing from Hank 🐶).
What ingredients do you use?
We use gluten-free flours, natural colors (like beet and spirulina), and simple, wholesome ingredients that are safe and healthy for dogs. No artificial preservatives or fillers.
Are your treats safe for dogs?
Yes! Our recipes are designed to be pup-safe and tasty for most dogs. However, always check the ingredient list if your dog has allergies or sensitivities.
Ordering & Shipping
How long will my order take to arrive?
Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on the way.
Do you offer local pickup?
At this time we are not doing local pickup. However, we may start offering this in the future!
Can I return or exchange treats?
Because our products are perishable, we cannot accept returns. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 business days so we can make it right.
Wholesale
How should I store Le Woof treats?
Store treats in a cool, dry place. To prevent moisture buildup, we recommend using a container that isn’t completely airtight. The paper or cardboard box your treats arrive in is perfectly suitable for keeping them fresh.
How long do the treats last?
Our treats typically last 3–4 weeks stored properly. For longer storage, they can be frozen and thawed as needed.
